It’s another #WorkoutWednesday from @3to30fitness1 who is encouraging you not to ignore your upper body strength training. Today’s routine focuses on biceps and triceps! Grab a pair of dumbbells, gallons, book bags - whatever you have (as long as they have weight and you can hold onto them safely, it’s a win!). She’s killing it in our two piece crop set!

1️⃣ Single to double arm hammer curls (2 single curls, 1 double curl = 1 rep) x 6-8 reps
2️⃣ Isometric curl x 15-20 seconds
3️⃣ Partial Range-of-Motion (ROM) Curl to Full ROM x 6-8 reps each
4️⃣ Single arm tricep extension x 10 reps each
5️⃣ Tricep extension (w/ 5 count hold at the beginning and end of set) x 12 reps
6️⃣ Tricep kickbacks x 10 reps each
7️⃣ Narrow push ups (w/ 5 count hold in low plank + high plank position at the end) x 5 reps

Tip: You can use mini elastic/resistance bands for #4 - #6

Leggings by ya faves!

1️⃣ Squat kneel jumps x 10
2️⃣ Clap crunches x 12
3️⃣ Reverse plank x 30s
4️⃣ Lunge to squat x 10 ea
5️⃣ Plank rotation to knee drive x 10

3-4 sets Rest: 15-30s between each exercise; 1-2 minutes between each set
